My Vision- chapter two

The title if this chapter is MY VISION, and the author mentioned the features of a true leader's vision. He asserts that leaders must have comprehensive imagination and planning. He also adds that leaders should take the initiatives as a challenging for the benifits of the society. 

In your opinion, what are the factors of true leadership?

    Hi Ibrahim,

    I agree that leaders must have comprehensive imagination and planning.

    In my opinion, leaders should have clear vision and should give commands on the time for a right person.

    I agree about that leaders must have comprehensive imagination and planning it is true he must have that in order to the benefits of the society.

    And in my personal opinion I think the factors of true leadership is to be honest and sincere and leader must love to his people what he loves for his self.

    In my opinion , the factors of true leadership are :
    -Set clear directions
    -Establish Trust and Demonstrate Integrity
    -ability to manage time wisely
